We’ve recently completed a full refurbishment of The Half Moon, carefully preserving the much-loved soul that has made this place so special for generations.
As an iconic music venue, The Half Moon continues to celebrate its rich musical heritage, with a refreshed ground floor featuring the main bar, new facilities, an enhanced music room and a revitalised beer garden — all set for great nights ahead.
And then there’s the real showstopper.
We’ve transformed the former first floor offices into a stunning new bar and created a beautiful roof terrace, complete with a fully retractable roof — perfect for sunny afternoons, unforgettable evenings and starry nights alike.

The refurbishment of The Half Moon’s main bar has been carefully designed to celebrate the venue’s rich history while introducing a fresh and contemporary feel. Existing architectural features have been retained and enhanced, creating a backdrop that feels authentic to the building’s character.
A rich palette of deep colours, warm timber finishes and layered lighting creates an inviting atmosphere throughout the space.
